Adoptable Special Needs Dogs

Jack is a wonderful dog. He has quite a story. He was found walking around Pico Boulevard in Los Angeles....this is amazing, because he is a senior dog and he is BLIND! When we heard Gino was going to be euthanized yesterday, we got together and pulled him from the shelter and transported him all the way here to the bay area so he could have a chance.

He is gentle and quiet and loves to go for a ride in the car. He was a perfect gentleman as he rode all the way from LA to bay area alongside each driver. He is learning crate training and even comes with a crate. He is in good health, considering he has been fending for himself. The horrible owner was contacted and didn't even bother to come to the shelter knowing Jack was going to die.
He is up to date with all vaccines and neutered. He gets around the foster home pretty well and finds his way around quite easily. He loves long walks and can manipulate stairs very well. He is a little on the skinny side, but loves food and is extremely gentle when taking a treat.
Jack is calm and sweet and will make some good hearted soul an awesome companion..all he wants is a chance...how about giving him that chance?
