Make a Difference

Every day thousands of animals enter shelters across the world who may never see outside those bars again. Their only crime? Being born. This is why we must do something to stop as well as prevent these unnecessary deaths of innocent lives. There are many ways one can make a difference... Spay and neuter your pet, adopt, volunter, foster, fundraise, or educate others about the issues!

Learn the Truth

It is very apparent that the breed who has become most misunderstood is Pit Bulls. The truth is Pit Bulls are not an agressive breed. Save a Life

There is nothing more rewarding than saving a homeless pet from death row who in return will give you unconditional love. Saving one animal will not change the entire world, but it will surely change the world for that one animal... These shelter pets do not deserve to end their lives at a shelter because of no fault of their own. You can make a difference. Save a life. Adopt a shelter pet!

Blind and Deaf Dogs

One of the things Paws to Adopt is best known for is its Blind and Deaf Dogs Guidebook with our very own Youwho. Youwho is a blind and deaf Heeler/Pitbull mix who was adopted from Mendocino County Animal Services, which is where all the adoptables dogs on this website are currently residing. He is ready to teach you the all the ins and outs to living with blind and deaf dogs.
